This Privacy Policy describes how ATD MANAGEMENT LLC, doing business as Launch Media ("Launch Media," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with SQUADONE, a software product developed and operated by Launch Media, a DBA of ATD MANAGEMENT LLC.
To operate the Service: storing and syncing your data across your devices, authenticating you, processing subscription payments, and communicating with you about your account (e.g., billing receipts, password resets).
We do not sell your data. We do not use your calendar/photo content for advertising or share it with third parties except the service providers necessary to run the app (see below).
Your data is private to your account. Our database enforces this at the database level (not just in the app's interface), so other accounts cannot read or write your data.
You can export your data anytime (Settings → Export Backup). To delete your account and all associated data, contact support@launchmediabrands.com — we will delete your account and associated data within 30 days of a verified request.
SQUADONE is a household app: one adult ("the account holder") signs up, pays for, and controls the account. Children and teens do not create their own account or provide their own registration information — the account holder creates each family member's profile (name, avatar color) and decides what that profile can access on any given device using SQUADONE's built-in permission tiers (Child/Teen/Adult) and optional PIN lock.
Depending on how the account holder sets things up, a child or teen's profile may be used, on the account holder's own devices, to: mark tasks complete and earn Squad stars, post messages in the household's private Family Chat, upload photos to the household's private photo album, and choose their own font/color appearance. All of this is stored as part of the account holder's single household account under the same protections described above (see "Data isolation").
We do not sell, share, rent, or otherwise distribute any family member's information — including a child's — to third parties. The only outside parties involved are the service providers listed above (Supabase, Stripe, Netlify, and optionally Google), solely to operate the app; none of them are advertisers, and we don't use any household member's content to advertise to anyone.
The account holder can view, export, or delete any family member's information at any time from Settings, including removing a family member's profile entirely, which deletes their associated data. If you're a parent or guardian with questions about a child's information, or would like it reviewed or deleted, contact us at support@launchmediabrands.com.
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
